A festive evening marked the launch of the new Shlomo Shmeltzer Neurology Institute at Shamir Medical Center (Assaf Harofeh), celebrated at the private residence of Atalia Shmeltzer in Savyon, majority shareholder of the Shlomo Group.<\/p>\n
Guests were welcomed by members of the Shmeltzer family \u2014 Atalia, Assi, Tovi, and Israel & Ofra Reif \u2014 alongside Yair Shamir, Chairman of the Friends of Shamir Association; Dr. Osnat Levtzion-Korach, Director of Shamir Medical Center; and Sigal Eder, CEO of the Friends Association.<\/p>\n

The evening featured a presentation of the new Shlomo Shmeltzer Neurology Institute, led by Dr. Shlomi Peretz, Head of the Neurology Division at Shamir. The establishment of the new institute is part of a broader strategic plan to transform Shamir Medical Center into the largest hospital in Israel over the coming years, in line with government decisions and the region\u2019s projected demographic growth.<\/p>\n
